Introduction

awful-ssql provides SSQL support for awful's DB-support eggs. That means you can use the SSQL syntax with awful's $db procedure. Example:

($db '(select (columns foo bar) (from sometable) (where (= foo 2))))

Requirements

Usage

To use SSQL syntax with awful's $db, you just need to:

(use awful-ssql)

(enable-ssql #t)

If you ever need some SQL syntax that is not supported by SSQL, you can:

(parameterize ((enable-ssql #f))
($db "select foo, bar from sometable where foo=2"))
