Computes CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) Checksum.

crc32

[procedure] (crc32 STRING [LENGTH]) => integer

Returns the 32-bit checksum of the STRING. LENGTH is (string-length STRING) when missing.

STRING may also be a blob.
