This module exports two macros and two commands, which help to debug and to test scheme code. The commands simply pretty-print the results of expand and expand* respectively. The first macro, xpr:val, prints its expression arguments and their values with some decoration. It is intended to be inserted in the code, but it will be evaluated only in interpreted code. The other macro, run-tests, simply evaluates its argument expressions and reports if they succedd or fail, together with a summary.
pe[procedure] (pe macro-code)
pretty-prints expanded macro-code
pe*[procedure] (pe* macro-code)
pretty-prints fully expanded macro-code
run-tests[syntax] (run-tests xpr . xprs)
runs each test expression, xpr, and prints success or failure as well as a summary.
simple-test[syntax] (simple-test (name) xpr ...)
runs each test expression, xpr, and prints success or failure as well as a summary, all prefixed with name.
compound-test[syntax] (compound-test (name) simple-test-xpr ...)
runs each simple-test expression, simple-test-xpr, and prints the overall number of failures as well as a list names of failing simple-test-xprs.
xpr:val[syntax] (xpr:val xpr . xprs)
prints each xpr and its value in interpreted code
